Question 1

What does Nameless Studio do?

Accepted Answer

Nameless Studio is a visual studio from Belgium. We design and perform live visuals: full AV shows, screen content for tours and festivals, camera direction and visual identities for DJs and artists. We build the concept, produce every frame and play it live.

Question 2

What does a VJ do during a show?

Accepted Answer

A VJ, or visual jockey, performs the visuals live during a set: mixing loops, cutting content to the music and reacting to the moment, the way a DJ works with tracks. At Nameless Studio the VJ behind the booth is the same person who designed the content.

Question 3

Can you make visuals for a single show or only full tours?

Accepted Answer

Both. We build complete AV shows and tour content, but also compact visual packages: logo loops and filler loops a DJ can take to any festival booth. Every package is designed around the artist's identity.

Question 4

Which artists and festivals has Nameless Studio worked with?

Accepted Answer

Recent work includes The Ascension AV for Andromedik on the Freedom stage at Tomorrowland, screen content for Oscar and the Wolf's Taste Tour, Pommelien Thijs in the AFAS Dome, DIKKE on the Pukkelpop mainstage and at Lowlands, Regi in the AFAS Dome, and sets at WECANDANCE, Ostend Beach and the Boiler Room at Pukkelpop.

Question 5

What do live visuals cost?

Accepted Answer

Every show is different, so we quote per project. The price depends on the amount of content, the stage and screen setup, and whether we also perform live. Tell us the artist, the venue and the date and we answer fast.

Question 6

How long does it take to build a show?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scale. A compact loop package can be ready in weeks, and we have built a full mainstage show in a month. Bigger AV shows grow over a season. The earlier we join, the better the result.

Question 7

Do you work with existing production teams and creative directors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is how most shows work. We plug into creative directors and production houses and deliver content that fits their design, or we carry the full creative direction ourselves.

Question 8

Who is behind Nameless Studio?

Accepted Answer

Nameless Studio was founded in 2024 by Xandro Vandewalle, a Belgian designer and VJ. What started as a one-man operation grew into a fully integrated team that carries every show from concept to the live performance.
